A self-confessed chemistry nerd, Mark is producing some ‘classics in the making’ using alternative grape varieties and methods including wild yeast fermentation and partial grape drying.

Small project by local Winemaker Mark Warren & Family Winery… An ongoing favourite wine.
Naturally occuring vineyard yeast, whole-bunch pressed to 33% new French oak and wild ferment are utilised to produce a wine with attractive aromas of white peach, grapefruit, gun-smoke and flint. Tight, fine with intense white peach, lemon curd, cashew flavours and complex chalky mouthfeel, savoury aromas. Delicious texture and funk!
