OLIVE MAE

You might know Olive Mae as one of the local favourites lighting up live music venues around town, but what many don’t realise is that her career is rapidly gaining national attention.
After appearing on the main stage at Good Day Sunshine Festival alongside Angus & Julia Stone and Boy & Bear, Olive has continued building serious momentum. In 2025, she graduated from the CMAA Academy of Country Music in Tamworth, opened sold-out Perth shows for Australian country music icon Sara Storer, and travelled to Tasmania to record her upcoming EP with award-winning producer Matt Fell.
Her first release from the project, “El Caballo Blanco,” launched in October 2025 and quickly made waves across the Australian country music scene — becoming the most played song on ABC Country Radio for a week and earning strong chart success nationwide. Inspired by the remarkable life of her grandfather, Ray Williams, the track showcases Olive’s signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and modern country energy, cementing her as one of Australia’s rising country artists to watch.
