Local musicians Michelle Spriggs and David Rastrick will play the renowned Sunday Session on the Settlers Tavern Veranda Sunday 19th March at 3pm.
The duo has performed together in numerous outfits over the past 13 years. Their highlights are opening for Boz Skaggs + Michael McDonald, Diana Krall and Carol King with David’s band ‘Jazztrix’ at Leeuwin Estate.
Michelle hails from NZ, David from Denmark. Both are qualified, Jazz trained musicians with a joint love of Swing, Bossa Nova, Soul and Pop. They will intertwine these genres with a mix of covers and original material on guitar, keyboard, trumpet and double bass.
