Cael McLeish

With a voice that can awaken the ancients and rhythmic, thumping guitar vibes, Bunbury-based singer-songwriter Cael McLeish has been carving his name across Perth, WA’s South West, and beyond. Born and raised in Bunbury, Cael has been performing since a young age. From school assemblies and theatre shows to music tuition recitals, he learned to hone both his voice and stage presence into his ultimate tool.

Since 2015, Cael has only pushed further into music, studying Certs III and IV at the Southern College of Music, recording his first solo album at just 16 with James Newhouse, and cutting his teeth in WA’s hard rock scene with Volatus. Today, he balances his solo career with drumming for Busselton heavy-hitters Lines of Conviction — a journey that has shaped a dynamic identity rooted in acoustic rock but sharpened by the energy of heavier sounds.

His latest EP, Everywhere But Anywhere (released July 21st, 2025), marks not just a second chapter, but a leap forward — transforming raw acoustic sketches into expansive rock-driven statements that capture both grit and vulnerability.
