Celebrate with a night of massive rock anthems and legends from every era. Sip on Espresso Martinis\, Moscow Mules\, and bright vodka slushies as the beer garden turns into a pre-summer party paradise. \n43 Cambridge are a four-piece rock band from Perth Western Australia and have been performing for over 20 years.  They have always played the songs they love as well as releasing four albums of their own material. They are currently performing a collection of songs from some of the great bands of the last 60 years\, specialising in high-energy guitar rhythms\, powerful vocals and harmonica all driven along by Ben Lawrence’s rock-solid beats. Whether playing 60’s\, 70’s\, 80’s\, 90’s\, 21st century or blues\, 43 Cambridge have always been able to tailor a set list thanks to front man Ray’s keen ability to read a room. \n43 Cambridge have played across Australia… from singing for their supper at Eucla Roadhouse\, to shutting down production at Murrin Murrin mine. They’ve played at The Espy in St Kilda\, Settlers Tavern in Margaret River\, Broome\, Adelaide\, Fremantle\, Sydney Wagga Wagga\, Exmouth\, Kalgoorlie\, Albany\, and most places in between. Pubs\, clubs\, weddings\, parties\, corporate and festivals. They’ve played to crowds of ten to ten thousand. \nAlthough a rock ‘n roll act (described as Perth’s ‘Black Crowes’ by Jim from ‘Blue Shaddy’) they have been regulars at the Perth Blues Club\, recording a live album there\, “Too Fast For Blues” which led to appearances at The Bridge Town Blues Festival and West Coast Blues and Roots Festival. They have played with hundreds of acts over the years including Jimmy Barnes\, Mental as Anything\, The Sleepy Jackson\, Jon Butler\, Ed Kuepper and You Am I\, to name a few. \nPerforming The Stones\, The Doors\, The Killers\, Bowie\, AC/DC\, The black Keys\, MGMT\, Creedence\,  and many more\, with a few of their own thrown in for those who want them!

DESCRIPTION:EXP and Settlers Tavern present a Led Zeppelin tribute at Settlers Tavern\, Margaret River / Wooditjup WA\, on Saturday night 16th August! \nLed Zeppelin were one of the most influential rock supergroups to emerge in the late 60s\, and into the 70s. EXP pay tribute to this iconic act with their  Led Zeppelin tribute. \nSet one will warm up with beautiful Zeppelin acoustic classics\, then the masterpiece Led Zeppelin IV in its entirety\, including classics such as Black Dog\, Rock and Roll\, and the iconic Stairway to Heaven. \nSet two will be rocking iconic Zeppelin songs like Babe I’m Gonna Leave Away\, Dazed and Confused\, Immigrant Song\, Ramble On\, Heartbreaker\, and Kashmir! \nEXP are Great Southern WA’s premier exponents of psychedelic blues rock. EXP debuted in 2019\, with tribute sets to Cream\, Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. Over the next two years the band developed these sets into their own full shows. The band is equally adept at capturing the essence of Young’s two primary styles: from the gentle folk and country-rock of albums like “Comes A Time” and “Harvest”\, to the electric guitar-driven rock of the Crazy Horse days.\nThe ‘Human Highway’ is fronted by long-time lovers of Neil Young\, David Hyams and Rose Parker and the 6 piece line up also includes some of Australia’s finest – Roy Martinez on bass and keyboards\, Russell Wilson on drums\, fiddler Adam Gare\, and Jeremy Threlfall on the pedal steel and guitar.\n1972 was a year memorable for the Munich Olympics\, a landslide victory for US President Richard Nixon and later\, the Watergate scandal coming to light. Closer to home\, Gough Whitlam became the first labour Prime Minister in 23 years\, while that year’s Ashes series saw the emergence of Dennis Lillee as a giant of the game.\nJohn Lennon and Carole King topped US album charts before Neil Young landed at no.1 on the Billboard’s album charts with ‘Harvest’. It was eventually the biggest seller of 1972 and his most commercially successful album\, spawning the no.1. hit “Heart of Gold”.
