DESCRIPTION:Live Music Australia – an Australian Government initiative\nFREE ENTRY\nFacebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1153195375172377/ \nSouth West local rock band\, Dallas Radio\, are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of their first single “Suffering”\, which will be available on music streaming platforms from Friday\, 30 July 2021. \nThe band formed in early 2019 largely from the division of two local bands\, Dallas Royal and Desert Radio. With COVID restrictions on live shows\, they spent much of 2020 writing new music and keeping busy in the recording studio. \nWith WA restrictions lifted on live shows\, Dallas Radio were quick to return to stages around the South West and recently performed at the WAMFEST music festival in Perth. Coinciding with the release\, they are booked in to perform a series of upcoming gigs across the South West to continue showcasing their new music including the first single “Suffering”. \n\n“Launching our first single “Suffering” is an exciting milestone and we have more releases coming soon\, so watch this space!” – Mitch Baker\, Lead Singer\, Dallas Radio. \n\nStepping onto the iconic Settlers Tavern stage is south-west favourites DALLAS RADIO playing 90’s Original Rock & Roll and some covers from the likes of the Foo Fighters\, Kings of Leon\, Powderfinger and heaps more featuring an amazing showcase of talent in this band including vocal powerhouse Mitch Baker fronting the band! These guys have played to crowds of over 18\,000 punters around Australia!\n\nDO NOT MISS THIS SHOW!

Crucial Rockers has been a popular live act in Western Australia for many years\, appearing at Fremantle’s legendary dancehall night Fisherman Style as well as Perth Festival\, Wave Rock Festival\, RTR FM’s Harbour Sundays and more. \nHaving both gained early experience in the reggae genre\, with bands like Raggabeats and UK Players\, Crucial Rockers sees Barbe and Searle indulging in a shared love of classic lovers rock\, Studio One\, roots reggae and dancehall alongside long-time cohorts Jacques Letourdie (keys/bvs)\, Hardy Perrine (drums) and Jeremy Trezona (sax) \nHaving been a purely live proposition at first\, the band tested the waters in 2020 with the release of Teardrops – a skanking reggae version of Womack & Womack’s 1988 hit with a sweet dub remix on the flipside courtesy of local heroes Charlies Flat. Released both digitally and as a 7″ vinyl single (which sold out within a few weeks)\, the band is planning to release original material in the near future. \nCrack out the rum and rizzlas and sekkle in for a night of pure reggae niceness!
