Our Executive Chef, Rick Houston formerly Head Chef at MUST Wine Bar and Hayshed Hill, Margaret River is the driving force behind WA's Best Casual Pub Dining 2015

Working in collaboration with ex chef and owner Rob Gough the Settlers Tavern team innovates the menu with international flavours and fresh produce. Offering incredible value and quality visiting families, vegetarians and vegans are easily catered for.

Rick comments "People love our home made offerings like our sauces, pastes and desserts. These are all made from scratch hence their overall flavours. Margaret River is famous for its food and all chefs in this region live with and love the premium produce. Our menu is no exception. I happily recommend any dish on our menu but our authentic international specials and freshly shucked oysters to order are usually what takes our customers by surprise."
