Settlers Tavern, Margaret River once again has upped the ante firing up with a new US import, a genuine competition grade American BBQ. A sight to behold, this 1.4 tonne BBQ resembling OLD KATE, the iconic train at Margaret River's welcome park, is setting the Margaret Rivers main street hospitality offering on fire. This steel creation is the superman of the BBQ world. Genuine down to the American overall wearing welders who created this BBQ beast, it offers authentic offset smoking with an ability to smoke up to 165kg of pulled pork shoulder; pork ribs, beef brisket, whole roasted duck, smoked chicken and mouth watering honey basted lamb.

The only one of its size and style in Australia, Settlers Tavern has imported from the US a Yoder manufactured offset Frontiersman smoking BBQ, patrons can now indulge in a menu offering that is the envy of Australia's most awarded chefs when it comes to meat flavour, texture and aroma.
