Foreign Architects are set to release their long awaited EP, Coasters and Caravans, on July 20. As per the EP's title, the songs were penned by the band's singer Matt Burke in the corners of London pubs, as well as in a caravan in Gracetown, written amidst pure tumultuousness, wherein the space of a handful of weeks singer Matt Burke had lost a family member, wound up in a city gripped by terrorist attacks and faced a painful breakup.

From these circumstances, the band has somehow found the silver linings and forged an upbeat, remarkable EP of indie-pop tunes that will offer something new for fans as well as please those that were fond of the stylings of previous singles Poisonous Pill, and Glass, both of which achieved national airplay in 2017 across community radio and triple j.

Foreign Architects plays its first show at Settlers Tavern on Friday July 27 alongside fellow Perth-siders Priscilla, Perth's hottest new electro-pop duo, who have entered the scene with a sound that incorporates a fusion of feel-good riffs, party drums and limitless vocals that land you mid conversation between Bjork and Kimbra at David Bowie's house warming party, as heard in their latest single You've Faded.
