This is a boldly flavoured brew with rich malt character and the unmistakable riff of freshly aromatic hops.  This style of Ale is wildly popular on the West Coast of America, particularly from California to Oregon.  “Dry Hopping”, by adding hop flowers to the fermenting beer, gives this brew a deliciously bitter bite on the finish.

Our Pale Ale is brewed using only natural ingredients, including filtered Margaret River tap water, malted barley, hops and yeast.

All of our beer is “cask conditioned” prior to leaving the brewery.  This process is the traditional way to carbonate beer by allowing the beer to condition inside a keg, producing real Ale character and a rich, creamy head when poured.

This real Ale is unreservedly unfiltered.

Made in Margaret River 

Brewed exclusively for Settlers Tavern, Margaret River.  Established in 2011, "MRAC" has released its first brew, an easy drinking Belgian-style wheat beer commonly known as White Ale.

We brew our White Ale with malted barley and wheat, then add hops, coriander, juniper berries and orange peel, before pitching the yeast and letting the brew ferment for two weeks.

Our beer is then "cask conditioned" prior to leaving the brewery.  This process is the traditional way to carbonate beer by allowing the yeast to re-ferment inside a sealed keg, creating a deliciously frothy head when poured.

Our brewery, located in Margaret River LIA is not currently open to the public.
